If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return, please reach out to us by email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund. IMPORTANT: All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping expenses unless the product is defective or was not as described.

Sale or discounted items are treated as final sales and are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Every return must include the item in its original condition with all packaging intact. For return-related questions, please email info@velocideals.com. Our support team aims to respond to all messages within 12 hours during standard business hours.

After we receive and examine your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. For refund-related questions, please email info@velocideals.com.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

IMPORTANT: Once a return has been started, your items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. If they do not reach us within that timeframe, we reserve the right to decline returns that fail to meet our policy requirements, including items that have been worn, modified, washed, damaged, or are missing components. Any suspected cases of misuse or fraud will be addressed accordingly.

My order arrived damaged or it's missing.

If your delivery arrives broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it along with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or provide a full refund. Should you wish to return the item to us, we will cover all return shipping costs. If your package appears missing but tracking shows it was delivered, we recommend contacting your local carrier to confirm delivery status. For return inquiries, please email info@velocideals.com. Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items bought on sale cannot be refunded or canceled.
