Once your order has been processed, the typical transit time is 3-5 business days. We ship seven days a week for orders within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally. All orders on velocideals.com include FREE shipping!

My order arrived damaged or appears to be missing. What should I do?

If your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph of the affected item. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a complete refund. If you choose to return the item, we will cover all return shipping costs. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We do our best to send your entire order in a single shipment. However, certain circumstances — such as product availability, vendor-direct shipping, or oversized orders — may require us to split your order into multiple packages. Rest assured, there is no extra charge when this occurs.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can ship the correct product to you. We will also provide a prepaid return label so you can send back the wrong item at no cost. IMPORTANT: Any returned product must be in its original condition and packaging.
